How it works

Initially we quote the customer a number of parts.
When he are satisfied with the quote and first delivery, we offer to quote all the control valve parts based upon your stocklists.
We can offer the customer approx. 60% tot 70% of all the parts, based upon the O.E.M. partnumber.
The prices will be valid for 1 year, in case the customer sends us a letter of intend.
This means that he will replace the parts leaving his warehouse through
Stern Instruments b.v.
At the moment a relationship like this exsists, we offer to reverse engineer the remaining 30% to 40% parts in the warehouse.
This will be done at no charge for the customer.
